- Raspberry leaf: In addition to its high calcium, magnesium, and iron content, the astringent properties of raspberry leaf help restore tone to the uterine and pelvic muscles—very important for long term healing.
- Dandelion: Supportive to the liver in processing excess postpartum hormones, helps relieve postpartum swelling, assists proper digestion, and aids in healthy elimination.
- Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha root is a warming adaptogen used in the Ayurvedic system to support endocrine function, regulate circadian rhythms, and encourage healthy stress response. Known as the “queen of herbs” for its ability to restore and rejuvenate the whole body.

All herbs are organically grown.
*Anything containing milky oats should be approached with caution if you have Celiac’s. While they are technically gluten free, often milky oats are processed with wheat and can cause problems for some and leave others fine.

The herbs in this tonic are so essential for healing postpartum. Getting them all in one product is amazing! The taste is also great..I add it to a glass of water and it tastes like honey. I had a healthy pregnancy and natural physiologic birth and my postpartum healing was fast and my mental state was great. I like to think this tonic helped! I'm on my 3rd bottle and will continue using it through my first year postpartum.

I am 1 week postpartum and absolutely loving this product as part of my recovery routine/regiment. The taste is very good-a mix of sweet and tart-and easy to incorporate into the day. I take 2 tablespoons in the morning to kick start my day and 1-2 in the afternoon depending on my emotional and physical feelings. This product has helped me feel incredibly emotionally stable postpartum compared to my previous birth. I will be recommending to any friends having a baby!
This stuff tastes great. I didnt know if I’d be able to tolerate it but took the chance based on other reviews. I’ve only been taking 2 tbsp a day, for one week now. Our daughter is 2 weeks old, and i just started this, so excited to see how much more it helps me. Will write another review in a few weeks!
