Shipping Policy

We package your items with love and care and ship from small town Mississippi Monday through Thursday—most often your box ships within 24 hours! We ship all packages within 3 business days. We are a small team and appreciate your patience. Carrier and weather delays are out of our control.

Shipping costs are rising at unprecedented rates and impacting small businesses the most. While we do cover a large percentage of the shipping cost in order to give you the best possible experience, rising carrier rates have forced us to increase our prices a bit. Thank you for your understanding!

Rates are by weight (combined weight of product + packaging materials):

  • Small Box: $10
  • Large Box: $14
  • Extra Large Box: $20

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If a product arrives damaged, we would be happy to ship you a new one.

We actively work with shipping carriers to solve any shipping issues, however once a package leaves the apothecary shop it is out of our hands. Any refunds requested by the customer due to shipping carrier issues with be less processing fees.

Digital Products

Our digital products, courses and guides are designed from a holistic health perspective. The information provided is not a substitute for traditional medical care and is not designed to treat, cure or prevent disease. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds.

How do I know what tinctures are best for me?

Here at the apothecary we pride ourselves in education. We don’t just want you to receive a pretty package (although you will), we want your products to come alive and for you to know just how to best use them to benefit you! Our holistic workshops + guides, Instagram and blog posts offer practical guidance to meet you in your unique season. Where did Caroline study nutrition?

Caroline is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association. She also has homeopathic training through the Center for Homeopathic Education in London. Please checkout her favorite holistic books here.

Can I send a friend a gift?

Yes! We have curated bundles for postpartum, wellness and relaxation. We offer personalized gift cards with our packaging, simply add a note during checkout or email hello@flourishapothecary.com . You can gift any digital course to a friend by choosing their email at checkout or by reaching out to us first!

Are you expanding your product line?

Yes! We pride ourselves in finding the highest quality products that work efficiently with you so it takes time to research and test products. If you have a product you would like to see in the apothecary, please let us know.

Do you offer discounts or free shipping?

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we are limiting international shipping. If you would like a custom quote please email hello@flourishapothecary.com and we would be happy to put that together for you.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, however if you have Celiac disease please always double check as all ingredients are sourced from nature and may vary.
