RETURN + REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. If a product arrives damaged, we would be happy to ship you a new one.
We actively work with shipping carriers to solve any shipping issues, however once a package leaves the apothecary shop it is out of our hands. Any refunds requested by the customer due to shipping carrier issues with be less processing fees.
