I’ve always loved having a high quality honey in our pantry to help with coughs - I have a son who tends towards viral-induced asthma symptoms when he gets sick. Honey is the one thing I feel good about dosing him with consistently to help soothe his cough and loosen up his gunk. I’ve not tried a medicinal grade honey before (didn’t even know it was a thing!) - know that this one definitely “tastes” earthy and more natural all around. This is our first trial with the 850 manukau honey, we have tried 350 and lower. After studying up on the immune boosting quality of the 850 and higher we decided to give it a try. You can really tell a difference in the taste. It does have a much more medicinal flavor than the 350 but it's not overwhelming by any means. We will for sure keep this in our vitamin regimen Bec we know it's building our bodies up from the inside out. We also give this to our children when they aren't felling well and to our youngest almost daily just for immune support. Love that it supports the gut as well.
